Rocky Cashatt

Rodney “Rocky” Dale Cashatt, 55, of Old Burkhart Road, died Thursday, December 6, 2007, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Arrington Heights Freewill Baptist Church by the Revs. Doug McGee and Kenneth Deal. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Cashatt was born June 22, 1952, in Davidson County to Lacy Richmond Cashatt and Grace Ola Burcham Cashatt. He was a former employee at Lexington Furniture Industries. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his wife, Betty Cashatt of the home; daughter, Amy Clark and husband, Toney, of Lexington; grandchildren, Jennifer Clark and Dalton Clark, both of Lexington; and sister, Brenda Little and husband, Leon Laverne, of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home of his daughter, 2240 Beck’s Church Road.
