Roger Lee Rethford

Roger Lee Rethford, 64, of Lexington went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, July 06, 2020 at his home.

A private funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 with Pastor Clyde Akers officiating and will be streamed live at www.facebook.com/davidson.funeralhome .

Mr. Rethford was born in Marietta, OH on August 19, 1955 to Robert E. Lee Rethford and Ruth Jean Moore Rethford. He was retired from LFI, having worked as a machine operator and was a great man who always put his family first. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Pam Rethford.

Left to cherish his memory are his companion of nearly 50 years, Ollie Hannah; three brothers, Robert E. Lee Rethford of MS, Johnny Rethford of Welcome, and David Rethford (Mary) of Brevard; three sisters, Linda Hensley (Ronnie) of Lexington, Patty Wilson (Dennis) of Lexington, and Sharon Rethford (Paul) of Lexington; six grandchildren, Renee Hannah, Crystal Hannah, Paul Rethford (Kristin), Ty Hannah (Brandy), Josh Hannah, and Kimberly Hannah (Jayce); and nine great-grandchildren.
