Ronald Adair Crowell

Ronald Adair Crowell 70 of 9th Street Ext, Lexington, NC died Sunday, October 16, 2011 at his home. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, October 20, 2011 at North Lexington Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Robert Floyd officiating. Burial will follow at National Cemetery at a later date. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday at the home of the son on Overbrook Dr. Mr. Crowell was born October 17, 1941 in Davidson County to Raymond Spencer Crowell and Hazel Burkhart Crowell. He was a retired owner of Crowell Painting, and a member of North Lexington Baptist Church. Preceding him in death was his parents and a son, Dairon Crowell. Surviving are a son, Lee Crowell and wife, Allison of Lexington; a daughter, Susan Adams and husband, Mark of Lexington; eight grandchildren, Trey Crowell, Stefanie Anderson, Ashley Crowell, Joel Adams, Laurel Adams, Reagan Crowell, Emilee Crowell, Leah Crowell; two great grandchildren, Hayden Crowell, Bryson Anderson, a brother, Spencer Crowell and wife, Nancy of Murrells Inlet, SC and a sister, Becky Swicegood and husband, Larry of Lexington. Memorials may be directed to North Lexington Baptist Church, General Fund, 201 Mize Road, Lexington, NC 27295
