Ronald Lamar Everhart, 70, of Price Road, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015.
Funeral service will be held at 11am Thursday May 28, 2015, at the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Zimmerman officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at 1pm at Salisbury National Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Everhart was born September 4, 1944, in Davidson County, to Casper F. Everhart and Vera Nell Wofford Everhart. He was a retired Chief Warrant Officer from the U.S. Army and also served in Vietnam and Desert Storm wars.
Surviving are his wife Judy Everhart of the home; son, Rodney Everhart and wife Kim of Kempner, Texas; daughter, Amanda Carroll of Copperas Cove, Texas; grandchildren, Olivia Everhart, Rose Everhart, Taylor and Kailey O’Donnell; brother, Charles Everhart and wife Chris of Lexington; sisters, Tammie Craver and husband David and Carolyn Robertson of Lexington; mother of his grandchildren, Rose and Olivia, Towanda Everhart; his four-legged children, Dora Everhart and Sassy Everhart; and many nieces and nephews that loved their Uncle Ron.
