Ronald Lee Lopp

Ronald Lee Lopp age 77 of Magnolia Gardens, Thomasville, formerly of Becks Nursery Road, Lexington passed away Saturday morning at the nursing home. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 14, 2025 in the Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with Rev. Gavin Pratt officiating. Burial will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, with military honors by Davidson County Honor Guard and the US Army. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 until the funeral hour. He was born in Davidson County July 11, 1947 to Mead Lopp and Otelia Leonard Lopp. He was a retired employee of Jeld-Wen windows and doors and attended Antioch Baptist Church. He served his country in the US Army during Vietman. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leonard, Steve and Jerry Lopp and sisters, Janice Moree and Joanne Lopp. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth “Libby” Thomason Lopp of the home; sons, Chad Lopp and Wesley Lopp both of Lexington; granddaughter, Christina Berrier; great-granddaughter, Isabella Berrier and sister-in-law, Evelyn Lopp; numerous nieces and nephews Condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
