Ronald Nelson Maynard

Ronald Nelson Maynard 69 passed away early Saturday morning, March 26, 2016 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM, Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel with Pastor Mark Blair officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Ronald was born March 22, 1947 in Forsyth County to Sanford Nelson Maynard and Emma Louise Howell Maynard. He served in the US Air Force and retired from Duke Power. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Naomi Waters Maynard of the home; a son, Michael Maynard (Amy) of Winston-Salem; a brother, Larry Maynard (Ramona) of Cary; one grandchild, Alex Maynard. Memorials may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
