Ronald Jerry Roland, 75, passed away peacefully on January 15, 2020 at Trellis Supportive Care of Winston Salem.

An 11:00 AM funeral service is planned for Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel, with Pastor David Nolan officiating. Visitation with family and friends will follow the service. A private burial will be held at a later time.

Mr. Roland was born in Rockingham County on January 5, 1945 to Clarence Jerry Roland and Ruby Teague Roland. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Ronald was self-employed and retired from his company Roland & Son Locksmith.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Roland, was preceded in death by his first wife, Kathy Roland; and his brother, Larry Roland.

Ones left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Jackie Roland; his two sons, Joshua Roland (Mandy) of Kernersville; and Mark Roland (Karen) of Georgia; his daughter, Ronda Day (Joe Bob) of Georgia; and eight grandchildren.
