Ronnie Dale Hughes

Ronnie Dale Hughes, age 57, passed away on November 2nd, 2026, at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, November 7th, 2026 at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel with Evangelist Phillip Carter officiating.

Family will receive friends an hour prior to the service from 10 AM to 11 AM.

Surviving is his mother; sisters, Jeaneatte Green (Destry) of Linwood and Charity Kitchens (James) of Sea Grove; brother, Cody Hooker (Alexandra) of Lexington; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.

Ronnie was born February 12nd, 1969, in Davidson County, North Carolina to Carolyn Sue Temple Franks. Ronnie loved spending time with his family and friends; he also enjoyed making people laugh. Ronnie enjoyed wrestling, gaming, football, and board and card games; but most of all, he loved the Lord. He was preceded in death by his adoptive father, Richard Franks.
