Ronnie Lee Moretz

Ronnie Lee Moretz, passed away on February 23, 2024, at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington, NC surrounded by his wife and children. Ronnie was born on July 24, 1964, to Reba Glenn Moretz and Frederick Luther Moretz, Sr., both of whom preceded him in death.

Ronnie was a simple man who loved his family deeply and always put others before himself.  He was employed as a welder with Martin Marietta Materials for 41 years.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Rebecca Craft Moretz, daughter, Hailee Moretz Smith (Jeb) and son, Isaac Luther Moretz.  He is also survived by his sisters, Wanda Moretz, Joyce Coppley, Linda Hampton, and Teresa Grubb (Stanley) and brother, Frederick L. Moretz, Jr. (Tammy).

A celebration of his life will be held on February 26, 2024, at 11:00 am at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 320 South State Street in Lexington, NC with Reverend Matthew Lane Miller presiding.  The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall at 10:00am.
