Ronnie Lee Rider, 52, of Riverview Rd., Lexington, died Saturday, March 3, 2006 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem after an illness of 4 weeks The funeral service will be held 4:00 pm Sunday March 5, 2006 at Psalm 91 Church by Rev. Max Shoaf and Rev. Ronnie Shaw. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Mr. Rider was born August 9, 1952 in Kanawha County, West Virginia to Russell Rider and Margaret Southern Rider. He was a self employed Carpenter He is survived by his son, Anthony Rider and wife, Jennifer of Charlotte, his daughter, Bambi Rider of Winston Salem; his grandchildren: Gamberell James and Laura James; his mother, Margaret Southern Rider of the home; and his brother, Norman (Rick) Rider of Lexington. The family will receive friends at the Church one hour before the service and at other times at the home.
