Ronnie Eldridge Tew

Ronnie Eldridge Tew, 67, of Davidson County, passed away early Friday morning on August 9, 2024, at Hinkle Hospice House.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at 4:00 PM, at First Baptist Church of Lexington, with the Rev. Dr. Ray Howell officiating.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 - 4:00 PM at the church, prior to the service.

Ronnie was born on August 9th, 1957, in Colorado, to Otho Tew and Alice Jones Tew. He worked in construction, surveying, and home improvement with Mark Kennedy Construction. Ronnie loved the outdoors, his Sunday school class, but most of all teaching his Sunday school class and witnessing to other people. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Otho and Alice Tew, sisters; Pamela E. Enhelder, and Tracy Smith brother; Micheal Tew, special cousin; Carol Sue Kennedy, and children; son, Mark Tew and daughter, Jessica.
