Ronnie Franklin Weaver

September 25, 1933 — February 15, 2007

Ronnie Franklin Weaver, 73, of East Center Street Extension, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at Lexington Memorial Hospital after several months of declining health. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, by the Rev. Jerry Moore. Mr. Weaver was born Sept. 25, 1933, in Davidson County to Charles Edward Weaver and Blanche Lloyd Weaver. He was a member of Second Reformed United Church of Christ and was retired from Mid State Tile. He was an Army veteran. Two brothers, C.D. Weaver and Homer Weaver, and a sister, Kathleen Harper, preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife, Shirley Fuller Weaver of the home; two brothers, Bobby Weaver and Lloyd Weaver, both of Lexington; three sisters, Georgia Seabolt, Guelda Tetter and Lillian White, all of Lexington; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special longtime friend and fishing buddy, Stan Lanning. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
