Rosa Linda Holmes

Rosa Linda Wooten Holmes, 73, of Lexington, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Hinkle House Hospice.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at First Alliance Church, in Lexington with Pastor Paul Titus officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hill.

Family will visit with friends Tuesday, June 18 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davidson Funeral Home - Lexington.

Rosa was born June 22, 1950, in Swain County, NC to Bill and Pauline Anderson Wooten. She is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Jeannie Berrier. She enjoyed reading, boating on the lake and especially her beloved grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Michael Holmes; her son, Marty Burkhart, wife Dana; brother, Randy Gobble, wife, Patty; sister, Brenda Abernathy, husband, Tim; 3 grandchildren, Ashley Burkhart, Allison Cress, husband Joseph, and Anna Burkhart, fiancé Austin Kinney.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Hospice of Davidson County.
