Ruby Dean White Hensley

Ruby Dean White Hensley, 80, of New Highway 64 West, died Monday, May 7, 2012, at Hinkle Hospice House. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 10, 2012, at Davidson Funeral home with the Rev. Randy Foster officiating. Entombment will follow in the Forest Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at the funeral home. Mrs. Hensley was born May 26, 1931, in Clinton, Tn., to Hense White and Dixie Wampler White. She was retired from Lexington Furniture and a member of Tyro United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Jefferson Hensley; a brother, Brisco Kelly White; and sisters-in-law, Joy White. Surviving are sons, Brisco “Tim” Woodell and wife, Julie, Morris “Hoss” Dean Hensley and wife, Donna, all of Lexington; daughter, Ginger Lanning and husband, Charles, of Lexington; three grandchildren, Jason Rush and Mollie Woodell, both of Lexington, and Luke Hensley of Asheville; brothers, Larry Joe White and wife, Linda, Noah David White, and Robbie Lynn White and wife, Linda, all of Tennessee; and a sister, Roma White Disney of Tennessee.
