Rudy John Sliwa

Rudy John Sliwa age 43 of Winston Salem passed away at his home. A celebration of life will be held 2:00 pm Friday, January 17, 2014 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Rudy was born September 11, 1970 in Buffalo, NY to Rudolf Francis Sliwa and Elizabeth Sophia Sporysz Sliwa. He was employed with the United States Department of Veteran Affairs and had served in United States Marines Corps. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his wife Ginger Hennessee Sliwa of the home, son; Austin Hennessee, daughter; Erin Hennessee, brothers; Kenneth Sliwa of West Virginia and Daniel Sliwa ( Yvonne) of Maryland, sisters; Nancy Dispenza (Jody) and Cynthia Rosenhahn (John) of New York.
