Ruth Byerly Perryman

Ruth Byerly Perryman, age 91 of Piedmont Crossing formerly of Arnold Road, Lexington passed away Saturday morning October 10, 2015 at Piedmont Crossing. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Doug Pryor officiating. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 and 7:00 pm Tuesday night. Ruth was born in Davidson County August 22, 1924 to Charlie Jerome and Betty Miller Byerly. She was a homemaker and a member of Friendship United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard Mack Perryman in 1979; sisters, Louise and Nora Byerly; brothers, Joe, Herman, Harvey, Early and Clyde Byerly and daughter-in-law, Martha Perryman in 2014. Surviving are her son, Lofton Perryman of Thomasville; grandson, Gary Perryman and wife Kelly of Thomasville; great-granddaughter, Sierra Perryman and a host of nieces and nephews.
