Ruth Miller Walser

Ruth Miller Walser, 89, of Brittany Lane, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday August 1, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem.

A graveside service will be held at Maple Grove Church of the Brethren cemetery with Pastor Ben Ferrell conducting services.

Due to the Covid -19 pandemic, those attending graveside services are ask to practice social distancing and to wear a face mask.

Mrs. Walser was born June 11, 1931 in Davidson County to Howard Miller and Myrtis Everhart Miller. She was retired from PPG Industries and was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Howard Junior Walser.

Surviving are two daughters; Shelby Hoffman (Lannie) and Betsy Walser, both of Lexington; 4 grandchildren, Sammy Hoffman (Robin), April Belcher (Chris), Renee Singleton (Brent), and Chris Walser (Stephanie); and 4 great-grandchildren, Brittany (Brad), Christian, Ashlyn and Cali.
