Samantha Renee Robbins better known as “Sam” to those that knew her, was called home to be with our Lord and Savior Friday July 10th. She was only 20 years old with a sweet beautiful soul and an amazing person to everyone she met. She was an inspiring author, working on her first novel, a talented artist with some of her work all around Lexington and a former hostess at Cracker Barrel in Lexington that greeted you with her genuine smile. She graduated from West Davidson and attended DCCC and only began to make her mark on the world, but her testimony will live on forever.
A celebration of life will be at 11:00 AM Thursday July 16th at Sheets Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Frankie Matthews, Pastor Steve McSwain and Dr. Nelson Wright officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Davidson Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
Samantha was born in Davidson County on August 9, 1994 to Thomas Edward “Tommy at Banner and Such” and Tonya Renee Frizzell Robbins a teacher at Reeds Elementary School.
Left here to meet her again are her loving parents of the home, her faithful sister Britney Nicole Robbins of Lexington. Camden Lee Baker to whom she will always be “Aunt Sam” and was the light of her life. Her always caring and supportive grandparents, Dennis and Nancy Brock of Lexington and Dennis and Patricia Wright of Winston Salem, her Uncles, Aunts and cousins who loved her dearly, not to mention the numerous beloved friends and lives she touched.
Memorials may be directed to Tyro Baptist Church, 4484 S NC Hwy 150, Lexington, NC 27292
