Scott Arlin Adkins

Scott Arlin Adkins, 47, of Craver Road, Welcome passed away Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Hinkle hospice House. He was born August 18, 1968 at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida to Henry Luther Adkins and Doris Walser Adkins. Scott graduated from North Davidson High School in 1986. He was employed with Atrium Windows and Doors. Scott was preceded in death by his father, Henry Adkins, grandparents, Calvin and Agnes Adkins and Wade and Kate Walser. Scott is survived by his wife, Jennifer Adkins of Lexington; his two sons, Aaron Adkins and Sam Adkins, his mother, Doris Adkins of Welcome; his brothers, Steve and his wife Kathy of Lexington and Douglas and his wife Kathy of archdale. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at Bethesda United Methodist Church with the Reverend Danny Miller officiating. Visitation will be one hour before in the Family Life Center at the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
