Sean-Luc Stanford

Sean-Luc Stanford, age 16 of Marco Blvd. Lexington passed away Saturday, May 16, 2009.   A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, May 20 at Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park.   Sean-Luc was born on October 29, 1992 in Davidson County to Jerry Stanford and Saprina Edwards Brinkley. He was a sophomore student at Central Davidson High School where he was a member and captain of the ROTC and a member of the Central Track Team.  He was of the Baptist Faith.   Surviving are his father Jerry Stanford; mother Saprina Edwards Brinkley and step-father Lee Brinkley of Lexington; brothers Ralph Brinkley, III of the home, and Gerald Beavers, III of Louisville, KY;  sisters Jacineth Stanford and Saprina Brinkley of the home and Elizabeth Beavers of Louisville, KY;  grandparents Robert and Katherine Edwards of Jacksonville, NC, Ralph & Gladys Brinkley and Ruth Stanford all of Lexington.   The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday at Davidson Funeral Home  Lexington Chapel and other times at the home.   Online condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
