Seth Thomas Brady

Seth Thomas Brady, 47, of Lexington, NC passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 30, 2024.

A funeral service honoring Seth’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with Pastor Darrell Shoaf officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 p.m.

For over 20 years, Seth dedicated his talents and passion to his role as a lead foreman and carpenter at D&O Builders. His love for building and creating was evident in every piece he crafted and every project he touched. Seth was a man deeply committed to his family. Seth was the most loving father to his two daughters Abby and Harper. He cherished every moment spent with loved ones. He was also always glad to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Seth was always known to be an easy-going man and he was well liked by the peers in his community. He was the definition of a true role model and someone that you could always count on.

Those left to cherish his memory include two daughters, Abby Brady (Tanner) and Harper Brady; grandson Ashton Garrison; sister Tricia Chance (Mike); brother John Brady; nieces Madisyn Chance, Megan Chance and nephew Liam Brady; girlfriend, Tiffany Brooks and her children, Maddalyn, Kayden, and Braylei; Seth is preceded in death by his beloved parents Randy and Margaret Brady.
