Shawn Crews Mayes

Shawn Crews Mayes of Lexington, age 39 passed away Sunday night February 13, 2011 at her home. A Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Parklawn Memorial Park with Rev. Carlo Greco officiating. A visitation will be held Tuesday, February 15 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel and other times at the home on Radds Street. Shawn was born in Forsyth County on April 19, 1971 to Daniel Addison Crews and Patsy Forester Crews. She graduated from Forsyth Tech and Winston-Salem State and was a nurse at Forsyth Medical Center. She is survived by her parents, her husband Wyatt Leon Mayes of the home; three sons, Shawn Michael Leon Mayes, Andrew Jordan Neal and Nicholas Hunter Mayes and one daughter Danielle Gracelynn Mayes all of the home; one sister, Tammy Crews Eaton and her husband Terry.
