Shelly Kay Fancera

Shelly Fancera, 64, of Davidson County, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at her home.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Pastor Tony Williams officiating.

Shelly was born on July 4, 1961, in Hopewell, VA, to Thomas Garrett and Barbara Gibbs Garrett. She took great pride in her family and was an exceptionally devoted and loyal wife who would go above and beyond to make her husband and family comfortable and well cared for.

Shelly was proud to be a mother to her son, Terry, whom she loved fiercely and gave her time and love throughout every point of their lives together.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Tommy Garrett and niece, Tiffany.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Marty Fancera, of the home; son, Terry Cribb (Melynda), of Lexington; sister, Anita Allen, of Lexington; grandchildren, Peyton, Terry, Charlotte, Olivia, and Emma; and nephews, Jayden, Bobby, and Robby.

Her light and legacy will be carried on by her family as they spend their days with her in their hearts.
