Sherry Lynn Haigler Libby, 67, of Cambridge Road, died Monday, July 7, 2014, at Wake Forest Baptist Health – Lexington Medical Center. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 11, 2014, at Davidson Funeral Home with the Pastor Jerry Bowen officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service. Mrs. Libby was born November 10, 1946, in Cabarrus County, to Daniel Clevard Haigler Jr. and Nell Lipe Haigler. She was a cashier at Walmart and attended Lighthouse Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, David Craig Libby of the home; sister, Marina Hartsell and husband Gary of Concord; and nephew, Michael Simpson.
