Shirley Anne Dunn

Shirley Anne Dunn, age 74 of Alston Brook in Lexington passed away Wednesday night February 21, 2018. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 Pm Sunday, February 25, 2018 at the Enfield Town Cemetery in Enfield, NC with Rev. Tommy Wilson officiating. Shirley was born in Newport News, VA June 9, 1943 to R. L. Dunn and Birdie Barrett Dunn. She spent most of her childhood and adult years in Halifax, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her brothers, Richard Leon Dunn, III and wife Deborah Bundy Dunn of Clayton, NC, David Barrett Dunn and wife Julia Wall Dunn of Lexington; nephew, Lee Dunn and wife Sydney; niece, Greyson Briere and husband Michael, Barrett Dunn and wife Weslie, Macon Dunn and Brittain Dunn and wife Katie.; great nieces and nephews, Bear and Penny Dunn, Raeglan and Kyber Briere and Caroline Dunn. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to donor’s favorite charity.
