Shirley Evans Miller

Shirley Louise Evans Miller age 75 of Clemmons passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. A visitation will held 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, July 12, 2013 at Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel. No formal service will be held. Shirley was born January 2, 1938 in Forsyth County to Lee Evans and Verlie Myers Evans. She enjoyed her family time and farming. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her son Joey Miller of Clemmons, daughters, Shandra Caputo of Clemmons and Alysia Triplett (James) of Lexington, friend, Joe Glenn Huffman of Clemmons, sisters, Mamie Lee Yountz (Rick) of Clemmons, Lula Mae Smith of Clemmons, Delia Ann Walser of Charleston, SC, grandchildren, Owen Caputo, Avery Caputo of Clemmons and James Triplett II of Lexington. The family would like memorials sent to Hospice of Davidson County 200 Hospice way, Lexington, NC 27292. Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
