Stephen Douglas Justice

Stephen Douglas Justice, 59, of College Park Road, died Thursday, March 19, 2015, at his home. The funeral will be 3 p.m. Saturday, March 21, 2015, at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Clyde Akers and the Rev. Joe Woodward officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service. Mr. Justice was born March 24, 1955, in Davidson County, to Robert Douglas Justice and Claudia Sylvia Briggs Justice. He was a carpenter for RBI and of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Merrilee Shostock Justice. Surviving are sons, Michael Chad Justice and wife Tina Marie of Lexington and Sean Master of Florida; daughter, Tiffany Smith and husband Trent of Lexington; grandchildren, Matthew Jarvis, Travis Jarvis, Clayton Jarvis, Elizabeth Duffey, and Michael Kraftchick; brothers, Gary Justice and wife Rosa of Roaring River and Tony Justice and wife Pat of Lexington; and sisters, Sheila McCall and husband Carl and Melissa Moody and husband Roger, all of Lexington.
