Stephen Knouse Miller

Stephen Knouse Miller of Arcadia, age 78, passed away on August 4th, 2024. Steve was a graduate of North Davidson High School, class of 1964. He was a trucking dispatcher with Roadway in Kernersville for 34 years. Throughout his life he worked on the family farm. Steve’s three sons joined him working on the farm. He loved restoring old cars, hunting and swapping stories with his family and friends. Steve had a special dog, Prissy, who stayed by his side all over the farm.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents Opal and Boyer Miller, his brother Kent Miller, and his two aunts Violet Knouse and Ila (Bill) Leonard.

Steve is survived by his loving wife Nancy Kiger Miller and his three sons Todd, Donnie and Ronnie who will continue to cherish his memory and carry forward his love of the outdoors.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church.
