Steven Eric Carter

Steven “Eric” Carter, 42, of Linwood passed away Friday, May 26, 2016. A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Langley officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 pm prior to the service. Eric was born June 3, 1973 in McDowell County, W V to Kenneth “Kenny” Carter and Sharon Stroupe Finley. He was a Supervisor for Pallet Resource of NC. Preceding him in death was his father. Surviving are his wife, Cristy Ratliff Carter of Linwood; three sons, Steven Eric Carter, II, Caden Michael Carter, Joshua Andrew Carter all of Linwood; his mother of W. V; a brother, Jason Carter of W. V; two sisters, Krystal Britt and Becky Morris of W. V.
