Sue Carol Everhart Byrd

Sue Carol Everhart Byrd, 72 of J. L. Temple Rd., Lexington died Friday at her home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 19, 2006 at First Reformed United Church of Christ, where she was a member, by Rev. Mike Hooper. Inurnment will follow in the Churc Columbarium. Ms. Byrd was born March 30, 1933 in Davidson County to Sam Eugene Everhart, Sr. and Maude Bullaboy Everhart. She was a retired employee of The Dispatch. Her sister, Betty Jo Kirk preceded her in death. Surviving are her son, Rusty Byrd and wife Tina of Lexington, her daughter, Lee Ann Poole and husband Brent of Lexington; two grandchildren: Kazie Poole of Lexington and Tyler Neeley of Mocksville; her brothers: Kenneth Everhart, and Sam Everhart and wife, Hazel, all of Lexington; and a brother in law, Bruce Kirk of Lexington. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Saturday at DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME and other times at the home. Memorials may be directed to First Reformed United Church of Christ, 104 E.
