Susie Sadler Leffew

Marie (Susie) Sadler Leffew, age 55 of Gene Hege Road, Lexington passed away Saturday night at her home.   A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve McSwaim and Rev. Elliott Sams officiating.   The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday and at other times at the home.   Susie was born in Mercer, W.VA to Paris William Sadler and Beryl Hall Sadler. She was a former employee of Lexington Furniture. She was preceded in death by her parents.   Susie is survived by her loving husband, Stephen (Steve) Leffew of the home; one son, Jason Leffew, wife Carol of Lexington; two grandchildren, William and Tracie Leffew; sisters, Deborah Chrisco of Linwood and Carolyn Holmes, husband John of Fayetteville; brothers, Paris Sadler wife Linda of Tyro, Chris Sadler wife Robin of Greenville, NC, Roger Sadler wife Jimmetta of Linwood; her mother-in-law, Mary Lou Leffew of Lexington; also surviving are her beloved canine companions, Charlie, Missy and Sophia.   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to donor’s charity of choice.   Online Condolences may be made at www.davidsonfuneralhome.net
