Hedrick Sylvia Goins Hedrick, age 91 of Becks Church Road, Lexington passed away Thursday July 30, 2015 at Hinkle Hospice House. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, August 3, 2015 at Becks Reformed Church Cemetery with Rev. James Byers officiating. Burial will follow. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Sunday night and at other times at the home. Sylvia was born in Davidson County August 21, 1923 to Charles Lee Goins and Myrtle Marley Goins. She was a retired employee of Mid-State Tile Company and a member of Becks Reformed Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James W. Hedrick, a daughter, Teresa Gregg, a grandson, Michael Burkhart and a sister, Roma Jean Burkhart. Surviving are her daughters, Phyllis Allred (Dean), Jamie Clodfelter (Tony) and Kathy Wright (Jimmy) all of Lexington; grandchildren, Keith Burkhart, Donna Myers, Kimberly Gregg, Chad Gregg, Jennifer Wilcox, Carrie Tussey, Michael Allred; and 8 great-grandchildren.
