Tami Blake

Tami Gustafson Blake, 47, of Island View Drive, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 29 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, December 31 at Forest Hill Memorial Park by Mr. Donald Gustafson. There will be no public visitation. Mrs. Blake was born August 28, 1965 in Prince Georges County, MD to Norman Leroy Gustafson and K. Marie Bundick Phillips. She was a homemaker and a 1984 graduate of Central Davidson High School. Her father, her step-father, Oscar Phillips, and her husband, Gary Douglas Blake, preceded her in death. She is survived by her mother of Lexington; her son, David Blake of Lexington; her daughters, Alicia Blake and Shelia Nobles, both of Lexington; her brothers, Norman Gustafson and wife, Judy, and Ronald Gustafson and wife, Chris, both of Lexington; her sisters, Linda Gantt and husband, Kelvin, and Vicki Gustafson and Ricky, both of Lexington; her grandchildren, Lindsey Nobles, Destanie Nobles, Brian Nobles and McKenzie Blake; and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
