Ted Daniels

Theodore R. Daniels, 92, of Ted Daniels Road, died Friday, November 10, at his home after declining health.    A funeral service will be  held at 2pm Monday, November 13 at Davidson Funeral Home Chapel, by the Rev. Dr. Gary Gibson.    The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Sunday at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at their respective homes.    Mr. Daniels was born March 23, 1925 in Forsyth County to Robert Grover Daniels and Zella Byerly Daniels.  He retired from Dixie Furniture and was a lifelong farmer.  He attended Open Door Baptist Church.  His wife, Audrey Gallaher Daniels, and his daughters, Evelyn Daniels and Shirley Daniels, preceded him in death as well as six brothers and two sisters.   He is survived by his son, Pete Daniels and wife, Tammy of Lexington,  his daughter, Debbie Parks and husband, Robert, of Lexington;  his grandchildren, Bobbi Giles, Derek Daniels, and Michael Parks, one great grandchild, Audrey Giles, his brothers, Joe Daniels and Jack Daniels, and his sisters, Peggy Berrier and Dot McMahan.    Memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington NC 27292.
