Ted Thomason

Mr. Ted Wayne Thomason, age 67, of Broadway Road, died Saturday, October 23, 2010 at his home after declining health. The funeral will be 11:00 am Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Welcome, with Pastor Avery Varnadore and Pastor Dan Walser officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home of his sister on Broadway Road, Lexington. Mr. Thomason was born on March 17, 1943, in Davidson County to John Webster Thomason and Lula Lucille Leonard Thomason. He served in the U.S. Army, and attended Lighthouse Baptist Church in Welcome. He was employed with Binnings Doors and Windows. He was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Little and a brother, Doyle Thomason. Surviving are his daughter, Jessica Lyn Thomason and her fiancé, Chris Wilfong of Lexington; his brothers, Larry Gene Thomason and wife, Diane, Robin Steve Thomason, both of Lexington, his sister, Lynn Leonard Bost and husband, Danny of Lexington; and his granddaughter; Abagail Grace Thomason.
