Teresa Lynn Johnson

Teresa Lynn Jones Johnson, 56, of Winston-Salem , passed away on Monday, September 23, 2019 at her home.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Faith Church officiated by Pastor Michael Gates. Burial will follow at Faith Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Saturday from 1pm to 3pm at the church.

Teresa was born November 12, 1962, in Forsyth County to Terry Ken Jones and Judith Jean Langley Self. She was a member of Faith Church and was a devoted wife and mother.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Self.

Teresa is survived by her father, Terry Jones; stepfather, Mike Self; loving husband, Dennis Johnson; three children, Cassidy (Matthew Bibb, fiancée), Brayden and Abbye; a sister, Christy Hall (Jon) of S.C; step-brothers, Michael Self (Stacy) and Josh Self (Jennifer) of FL.
