Teresa Lynne Collins Edwards

  Teresa Lynn Collins Edwards 49 passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Canaan United Methodist Church with Pastor Chuck Ireson officiating. A visitation will follow the service.   Teresa was born in Stuart, VA on September 17, 1964 to Obie and Norma Jean Cassidy Collins. She was a member of Canaan United Methodist Church and a nurse at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents.   Surviving is her husband, Jeffrey (Jeff) David Edwards of the home; one daughter Haley who was the light of her life and three loving stepchildren, Hannah, Will and Zach; a brother, Danny K. Collins of Stuart, VA.   Memorials may be made to Cancers Services of Forsyth County, 3175 Maplewood Ave., Winston-Salem, NC 27103.   Davidson Funeral Home, Hickory Tree Chapel is assisting the family.
