Terry Comer

Terry Joe Comer, age 61, of Lexington passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at his home.   A funeral service will be held at 11 am Thursday, December 13 at Freedom Baptist Church by  Pastor Clyde Akers and the Rev. Wayne Sechrist. Burial will follow in the Lexington City Cemetery.   The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Wednesday at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington.   Mr. Comer was born in Davidson County on October 5, 1957 to Joe Earl Comer and Kathleen Baxter Comer. He was a retired electrician, having worked for Charlie Carrick Electric. He was preceded in death by his parents.   Surviving are his brother, Jeff Comer (Rita) of Lexington; his aunt, Genevieve Allen; his uncle, Bobby Gene Honeycutt; niece and nephew, Diana McMillian (Austin) and Kevin Potts Jr; great niece and nephew, Leslie Clontz and Cory Clontz; and special friends, Burl and Lolo Bowles, Doyle and Patsy Hoover, and Steve and Tracy Crotts.
