Terry Hege

Terry Eldridge Hege, 57, of Ridge Road, died Saturday, February 1, 2014, at Hinkle Hospice House, following an illness of one year. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at Pilgrim Reformed Church, where he was a member, with Pastor Steve Disher officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2014, and other times at the home. Mr. Hege was born April 30, 1956, in Davidson County, to Phillip Eldridge Hege and Mary Frances Hege Hege. He was a machine operator at TE Connections in Greensboro. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by sisters, Tonya Buie and Sylvia Craver. Surviving are his loving wife, Betty Newcomb Hege, of the home; sons, Terry Wayne Hege and wife Shelinda of Lexington, David Bryant Hege and wife Tara of Pinnacle, and Phillip Kyle Hege and wife Sara of Welcome; and grandchildren, Dakota, Breeanna, Hailey, Deeanna, Bryant, and Colton.
