Terry Eugene Stewart

Terry Eugene Stewart, age 59 of Elm Lane , Winston Salem, NC died Friday in Forsyth Medical Center after a serious illness of 3 weeks. Mr. Stewart was born in Davidson County October 31, 1949 to Caleb Gray Stewart and Alta Everhart Stewart. He was a retried employee of RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Stewart Robertson. A funeral service will be held 3:00 PM Monday at Faith Missionary Alliance Church conducted by Rev. Michael Gates, Rev. Albert Smith and Rev. Arkon Stewart and burial will follow in the church cemetery. Surviving is his wife Brenda Vaughn Stewart of the home; two sons, Terry Stewart Jr. and wife Teresa of Walnut Cove, Barry Stewart and wife Misty of Lexington; four grandchildren, Taylor Stewart, Madison Stewart, Cristy Rights and Amber Rights; one great grandchild, Alexis Rights; three brothers, Johnny Stewart of Lexington, Rev. Arkon Stewart and wife Rose Mary, Douglas Stewart and wife Pat both of Winston Salem: two Sisters, Yvonne Beck, Jennie Tuberville and husband Elary both of Winston Salem. The visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Sunday August 30, 2009, at Davidson Funeral Home Hickory Tree Chapel and other times at the home.
