Terry Wayne Tysinger

Terry Wayne Tysinger, 54, of Raymond Drive, Linwood, died Monday, April 24, 2006, at High Point Regional Hospital. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Spruce Street Missionary Baptist Church, where he was a member, by the Revs. Terry Coats, Tommy Hepler and Sammy Allison. Burial will be in Forest Hill Memorial Park. Mr. Tysinger was born Jan. 2, 1952, in Lexington to James Wilbur "Bill" and Florence Thomason Tysinger. He was a supervisor at Smurfit-Stone Container for 36 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Viola Hartley, Francis Hepler and Betty Rose Martin. Surviving are his wife, Norma "Danyl" Tysinger of the home; one son, Lucas Tysinger of Linwood; three daughters, Darla Leonard and her husband, James, of Linwood, Crissy Loflin and her husband, Scott, of Lexington, and Teresa Williamson and her husband, B.J., of Chadbourn; seven grandchildren, Channing Wagner, Savannah Williamson, Hunter Williamson, Xander Leonard, Payton Leonard, Grayce Loflin and Aaron Loflin; five brothers, Don Tysinger and his wife, Emma, Jerry Max Tysinger and his wife, Linda, Steve Tysinger and his wife, Lois, and Larry Tysinger and his wife, Harriett, all of Lexington, and Jimmy Tysinger and his wife, Vicky, of Archdale; and four sisters, Shirley Martin, Sandra Richardson and her husband, E.W., and Diane Allison and her husband, Sammy, all of Lexington, and Brenda Noles and her husband, Jerry, of Welcome The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 Thursday at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, and other times at the home.
