Thelma Tilley Everhart

Thelma Mae Tilley Everhart age 79 of Lexington passed away Sunday April 28, 2019 at Lexington Health Care.

A funeral service will be 2:00 pm, Friday, May 3, 2019 at Freedom Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member conducted by Preacher Clyde Akers and burial to follow at Forest Hill  Memorial Park. The family will see friends from 6-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home and at other times at 111 Emlee Street, Lexington.

Mrs. Everhart was born October 4, 1939 in Laurel Hill, NC to Tyler Tilley and Margie Taylor Tilley. She retired from Binnings Building Products. Her parents and husband, Roy Lee Everhart as well as several brothers and sisters all preceded her in death.

Surviving are Sons: Robert Everhart (Merry) of Welcome, Leroy Everhart (Pam) of Midway and Anthony Everhart (Donna) of Shelby. Daughters: Donna Everhart of Kannapolis, Tammy Everhart of Lexington, Tracey Everhart (Fiance’ Ashley Meadows) of Winston Salem and Angie Pennell of Lexington. A Brother, Jimmy Tilley of Midway and Sister, Barbara Jean Tilley of Greensboro. Also surviving are thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
