Thelma Ramsey Winebarger

Dessie Thelma Ramsey Winebarger, 69, of Allred Road, died Monday, August 28, 2017, at her home.  The funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday, August 31, at Davidson Funeral Home with the Rev. William Sowers officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 to 1:30 prior to the service.  Mrs. Winebarger was born April 24, 1948, in Rutherfordton County, to William Ramsey and Grace White Ramsey. She was retired from PPG Industries where she worked for many years. Her parents preceded her in death.  Surviving are her loving husband, Ronnie Winebarger of the home; son, Reggie Winebarger of Lexington; daughter, Karri Winebarger of Lexington; brother, Art Ramsey of Lexington; sister, Hester Edwards of Lexington; and her mother-in-law, Willa Veigh Winebarger.
