Thomas Gray Chadwick age 41 of Lexington passed away April 13, 2022 at his home . A celebration of life will be April 18, 2022, 11:00 AM, at Union Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Josh Evans officiating.
Surviving are his parents, Kelley and Susan Chadwick of Winston Salem. His sister, Kelley Robin Chadwick of Lexington and a niece Sydney Pittman of Lexington.
