Thomas Chapman, Jr.

Mr. Thomas Carter Chapman Jr., 56, of Vanmar Dr, died Friday at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem after declining health for several years. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Pilgrim Freewill Baptist Church, with Rev. James Messer officiating. Mr. Chapman was born May 25, 1953 in Hoboken, New Jersey to Thomas Carter Chapman, Sr. and Ann F. Urban Turner. He was a past owner and operator of TaDa Café in Florida. He is survived by his wife, Dawn Kenworthy Chapman of the home; two sons, John A Chapman and wife, Dawn, and William R. Beall III, both of the home; his daughter, Kimberly Lambert of Fl; his mother, Ann F. Urban Turner of New York; his brother, C. Scott Turner of Linwood; his sisters, Susan Darrow and husband Ed, and Patricia Newberry of Florida. The family will receive friends following the memorial service in the church fellowship hall.
