Thomas Allen Everhart

Thomas Allen Everhart, age, 61 of Midway passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. A celebration of life will be held 3:30 pm Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Midway United Methodist Church with Rev. Gary Myers and Rev. Tim Sink. The family will receive friends 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm at Midway United Methodist Church Christian Fellowship Center prior to the service. Thomas was born April 24, 1952 in Davidson County to Thomas Wood Everhart and Mamie Lucille Carter Everhart. He was a member of Midway United Methodist Church and served in United States Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from Yellow Roadway Express. He was preceded in death by his father. Surviving are his wife Elizabeth Everhart Everhart of the home, son; Jason Troy Everhart (Heather) of Easley, SC, daughter; Beth Hair (D. G.) of Midway, sisters; Karen Walker (Jerry) of Clemmons, Joyce Myers (Rev. Gary) of Midway, grandchildren; Jack Thomas Everhart, Daniel and Jacob Hair, numerous nieces and nephews.
