Thomas "Tom" Morrison Tinnes

Thomas Morrison Tinnes age 76 of Lewisville passed away Sunday, July 21, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, July 26, 2013 at Agape Faith Church 2101 Lewisville Clemmons Road, Clemmons, NC 27012. No formal service will be held. Thomas was born April 9, 1937 in Houston, TX to Leroy Tinnes and Audrey Thompson Tinnes. He served in the United States Air Force and was retired from Forsyth Technical Community College. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son; Donald James Tinnes, brother; Jack Morrison, sister; Marjorie Sue Olsen. Surviving are his wife Betty Boyd Tinnes of the home, sons; Gary Wayne Tinnes (Hope)of Midway, David Allen Tinnes of Lewisville and Mike Eugene Tinnes (Jennifer) of Westfield, NC, three granddaughters and two grandsons.
