Tia Alisa Leonard

Tia Alisa Leonard, 61, of Lexington, passed away at Forsyth Medical Center on Tuesday June 30, 2026.

Tia was born on June 18, 1965, in Davidson County, to the late Larry Maxwell and Evelyn Levonne Hedrick Leonard.

She loved animals, her grandchildren, spending time outside, especially tending to her plants, camping, motorcycle riding, and swinging on her porch, especially during storms.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Stephanie Leonard (Saul Vazquez); brothers, Brannon Leonard (Jennifer) and Ronnie Leonard (Missy); grandchildren, Skylar Vasquez and Saleen Vasquez; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
