Tim Jones

Timothy Wayne Jones, age 57, of Old US Highway 64, Lexington passed away Sunday night at Hinkle Hospice House. Funeral service will be held at 3 pm Wednesday, October 29, at First United Methodist church, by the Revs. Jamie Armstrong and Dr. Ray Howell, III, Burial will follow at Lexington City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Davidson Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday night. Timothy was born in Davidson County October 13, 1957 to Wilburn Leslie and Miheepa Harb Jones. He was service manager for Boats Unlimited and a member of First United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father. Surviving are his mother, Miheepa Harb Jones of Lexington; brothers, Wilburn Jones, Jr. and James Barton, Jr. (Brenda) all of Lexington; sister, Josephine Michael Clodfelter (Darrell) of Lexington; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington NC 27292.
