Tony Fulk

Tony Scott Fulk, 54, of Lexington, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at his home.

A memorial service will be held 11 AM Monday, April 24, 2023, at Davidson Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Lee Dukes officiating.

Mr. Fulk was born January 22, 1969, in Forsyth County, to Otis Monroe Fulk Sr. and Gloria Stanley Fulk. He was of the Baptist faith and was a truck driver for Murrows Trucking. He was preceded in death by his dad; and one sister in-law, Tena Fulk.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Misty Lanham Fulk of the home; one son, Tony “Scott” Fulk II (Courtney); four daughters, Heather Fulk (Hunter Leonard), Jessica Fulk (Aaron Gibson), Olivia Dorsey, and Megan Massengill (Ryan Critchfield); two brothers, Chris Fulk (Reene Fulk), and Otis M. Fulk Jr.; three sisters, Teresa Roberts, Angie Rife, and Terri Thompson; and six grandchildren.
